Our commitment
iOrderTrack is committed to making our marketplace accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We work to provide an experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust across devices and assistive technologies.
Standards we follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the W3C. We test against the Section 508 standards and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for US-facing content.
What we do
- Semantic HTML for all interactive controls — buttons are
<button>, links are<a>, inputs have associated labels. - Visible focus indicators and a logical tab order so keyboard users can complete every flow without a mouse.
- ARIA roles and labels where native semantics are not enough.
- Color contrast that meets WCAG AA against the surrounding background.
- Alternative text on product, category, and brand images.
- Forms that surface errors inline, in plain language, and announce them to screen readers.
- Responsive layouts that scale to 200% zoom and reflow at narrow viewport widths.
Known limitations
Some areas of the site may not yet meet our accessibility goals. We track and fix these as we find them. If you encounter a barrier we have not listed, please tell us using the contact below — your report helps us prioritize.
Reporting an accessibility issue
We welcome reports about content, functionality, or assistive-tech interactions that are difficult or impossible to use. When you report an issue, please include:
- The page URL where you ran into the problem;
- What you were trying to do;
- The assistive technology and browser you were using;
- Whether a workaround exists.
Email accessibility@iordertrack.com or use the contact form at /contact. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days and respond with a fix or a plan within 10 business days.
Third-party content
Some pages may contain content provided by sellers (images, product descriptions). We require sellers to provide accurate alt text and well-formed copy. If you find third-party content that is not accessible, let us know — we will work with the seller to fix it.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We test major releases with screen readers (VoiceOver on macOS/iOS, NVDA on Windows, TalkBack on Android) and keyboard-only interaction, and we incorporate accessibility into design and code review.
