Last updated: May 18, 2026
About this notice
This California Privacy Notice supplements our main Privacy Notice and applies to California residents whose personal information is collected by iOrdertrack LLC ("iOrderTrack"). It is intended to satisfy the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the CCPA).

In the past 12 months we have collected the following CCPA-defined categories of personal information:

Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. We may "share" identifiers and internet-activity information with analytics partners to measure the effectiveness of our marketing, which may constitute a "share" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under the age of 16.
To opt out of any future sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser — we honor it as an opt-out. If we introduce a dedicated "Do Not Share My Personal Information" link in the future, it will appear in the footer and on this page.
Sensitive personal information
We use sensitive personal information only for the purposes the CCPA allows without an explicit opt-in (operating the service, security, fraud prevention, processing your payment, complying with the law). You may submit a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" request at the contact below; doing so will not block your access to the service.
Your CCPA rights
- Right to know — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, categories of sources, business or commercial purposes, and categories of third parties to whom we have disclosed it.
- Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to legal exceptions (e.g. completing transactions, complying with the law, detecting fraud).
- Right to correct — inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale and sharing (see above).
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge a different price, or reduce quality because you exercise these rights.
- Right to appeal a denial of your request.
How to exercise your rights
Submit a request by emailing privacy@iordertrack.com with "CCPA Request" in the subject. We will verify your identity (typically by confirming an email address and recent account activity) before responding. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. We aim to respond within 45 days and may extend by an additional 45 days with notice.
Retention
See the Retention section of our main Privacy Notice. We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described, subject to legal hold and accounting obligations.
Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83)
California residents may request once per calendar year a list of categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. We do not share information for third-party direct-marketing purposes.
