What is iOrderTrack?

An online shopping portal where small and medium businesses sell directly to consumers. When you place an order, it's routed to whichever participating seller is closest to you — so your purchase ships faster, supports a real local business, and keeps money in your community.

Why we built it

We are tired of the big businesses closing all the small stores. We are here to help the small and medium business grow.

Over the last two decades a handful of giant retailers and warehouses have flattened the playing field. Convenience won — but it cost us the family-owned stores, the local distributors, the regional brands. Whole downtowns turned into empty storefronts. iOrderTrack is our answer.

Independent businesses know their products, their customers, and their community better than any algorithm can. They just don't have the marketing budget or the warehouse network to compete head-to-head with the giants. We give them the shared infrastructure — a single discoverable storefront, a unified cart, an allocation engine that routes orders fairly, payment processing, shipping rate shopping — without making them disappear into a faceless catalog.

The result: you get the convenience you expect from a modern marketplace, AND your dollars land at a small or medium business that's probably a few towns over, not a fulfillment center halfway across the country.

How it works

  • One catalog, hundreds of sellers.Every product page shows every participating seller currently offering that item — so you see the real best price right now, not a single retailer's artificially-inflated number.
  • Closest seller wins. When you check out, our allocation engine picks the seller best positioned to fulfill your order — factoring distance to your address, in-stock availability, and price. Closer means faster delivery and a lower carbon footprint.
  • Fair rotation for small sellers. The engine deliberately spreads orders across qualified sellers within a fairness window — so a small local shop doesn't get crowded out by a larger competitor who just happens to be a few cents cheaper. Everyone gets their shot.
  • One cart, many shipments. Your order might split across two or three sellers — each ships from their own warehouse with their own tracking. You see a unified order view with every package timeline in one place.
  • Real verified-buyer reviews. Reviews are tagged as verified purchases when the reviewer actually bought the item through iOrderTrack. No paid-promo nonsense, no astroturf — just real shopper feedback.

Who can sell

We built iOrderTrack for small and medium businesses, but the door is open to anyone with legitimate inventory to move:

  • Established small businesses. Local retailers, regional distributors, family-owned brands — anyone with one or more warehouse locations and product to sell.
  • Growing medium businesses. Multi-location distributors and mid-size brands looking for an alternative to paying tribute to the giants for visibility.
  • Home users selling personal items — the "Marketplace" tab. Anyone with a iOrderTrackaccount can list used, refurbished, or open-box items they own. Think eBay and Facebook Marketplace, but integrated into the same one-cart checkout as the rest of the catalog. We're building this so the things sitting in your garage don't have to go to a separate site to find a buyer.

Whatever tier you sell at, your listings are visible to every shopper from day one. The allocation engine doesn't care how big you are — it cares about who can deliver the buyer's order best. A two-person shop with great inventory in the right zip code beats a giant warehouse on the other side of the country every time.

The Marketplace — peer-to-peer selling under one roof

The classic problem with selling stuff yourself: every platform has its own catalog, its own checkout, its own messaging system, its own dispute process. Buyers bounce between five sites; sellers maintain five accounts. We think that's broken.

On iOrderTrack, the "Marketplace" filter on the home page surfaces listings from individual sellers — the same way new-product listings show up, just tagged so buyers know they're buying second-hand or open-box. A few things that make this different from the eBay / Craigslist model:

  • One account, one cart, one checkout. A buyer can grab a new tablet from a major retailer, used golf clubs from someone three towns over, and refurbished headphones from a small reseller — all in one cart, one payment, one consolidated order view.
  • Local-pickup option for nearby items. When an item is close enough that shipping doesn't make sense, buyers can arrange to pick it up in person — and message the seller directly through iOrderTrackto coordinate. We're wiring this in as part of the listing flow so sellers can mark items as "Local pickup available" and buyers can filter by distance.
  • Built-in messaging. The same chat infrastructure that powers our support tickets also powers buyer-to-seller conversations for local-pickup items — quick questions about condition, scheduling a meetup, etc. No phone numbers exchanged, no off-platform handoff.
  • Platform-issued shipping labels for shipped items. If you list something for shipped delivery, we generate the prepaid label so you don't need a UPS account or a way to print a return form. Drop the package at any USPS / UPS / FedEx pickup point.
  • Real verified-buyer reviews. Whether you bought new from a retailer or used from a neighbor, reviews come from people who actually transacted on iOrderTrack — same trust signal across both worlds.

Want to sell something you own? Sign in, click Seller portal in the top bar, choose Individual seller, and you're set up in under a minute. No application review for individual sellers — your listings go live as soon as you publish them.

What you get as a buyer

  • Real prices, in real time.Every seller lists their actual price — competition keeps things honest. No fake "was $999, now $499" markups.
  • Faster shipping by default. Closest seller wins, so most orders ship from somewhere nearby. Often the same day.
  • Money goes to your community. Each purchase supports a small or medium business — most likely in your region. Your dollars help keep independent stores alive.
  • Returns + refunds, one place. Even though you bought from multiple sellers, iOrderTrackhandles returns and refunds through a single unified interface. You never deal with a vendor's separate return portal.
